Welcome to CISTECH. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CISTECH multi-vendor marketplace, including our website and mobile application. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions & Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the CISTECH platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CISTECH operates as a cross-border multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers and sellers (vendors). We provide the technology platform, including e-commerce capabilities, real-time chat, and a short video feed. CISTECH acts solely as a venue and technical intermediary; we are not the direct seller of products listed by third-party vendors and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Standard Users must maintain the security of their accounts. Vendor Accounts are subject to a separate verification and approval process. CISTECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate platform rules, or pose a security risk.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation

Users may upload various content, including short videos, chat messages, product listings, and reviews. You retain ownership of your content but grant CISTECH a license to display and distribute it. You are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights. CISTECH actively moderates UGC. All products and short videos pass through a moderation queue before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to review, reject, block, or remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if it violates our policies or applicable laws. Users who repeatedly violate UGC guidelines may face permanent account suspension.

5. Ordering and Transactions

When a buyer places an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase from the respective vendor. The contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the vendor. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and ensuring products match their descriptions. CISTECH provides the venue for these transactions but is not a party to the actual contract of sale.

6. Payments, Delivery, and Returns

Payments are processed securely through our platform. In cross-border transactions, buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs, duties, and tax laws. 7. Prohibited Conduct

While using CISTECH, you agree not to: - Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices. - Attempt to manipulate the marketplace, including fake reviews or artificial engagement. - Distribute spam, malware, or viruses. - Interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security mechanisms. - Bypass our payment systems or conduct transactions outside the platform.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the CISTECH platform, including software, design, logos, and text, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. By uploading content, you guarantee that you have the necessary rights to do so without infringing third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The CISTECH platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CISTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, your interactions with other users, or the purchase of products from vendors.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CISTECH is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
